July and August

This summer I went to visit the graves of numerous loved ones. I spent as much time hiking and camping as I could. My daughter came to visit me to celebrate her 21st birthday. I went to visit my mother. My best friends came to see my in Colorado and then I stayed with them for a bit in New Mexico. I moved from Boulder to Denver. It was also a time filled with reflection, somatic healing, trauma processing, and discernment. August continues as my month of death and migraines.
